Once we’ve found your perfect employee and you’ve taken them on, we don’t just abandon you. The first few weeks of a new employee’s working life can be a testing time as you get to know each other and they settle into the job. That’s why we think it’s important that support from us carries on after they’ve started work.

We will be in regular contact with both you and your new staff member so if there are any issues, we’ll be on hand to help in any way we can.
